Established more advanced project management in Coda. Now comfortable with the template established for managing all projects.

Shifted from Lovable, advanced enough with a prototype to have a feel for where adjustments needed to be made in our PRD. Dev advanced rapidly via Cursor. establishing a backend in Django and Nextjs frontend.
Core functionality was established with some major modules advanced to phase 1.
Backend and Front end deployments experienced some challenges initially using DigitalOcean, decided to shift to Heroku and Vercel. Now focusing on payment integration.

Finalized content and layout of landing page. Activated demo request form.
Development continues on application making minor adjustments to project management flow.

Brand development on WrkLfe commenced, towards expectation of a landing page completion by end of September. A reassessment of the business model and marketing strategy is being considered.
