Been a bit busy

A challenge was offered(by myself), which I accepted: “with limited time and resources, develop a selection of ideas into projects, then eventual brands”. The little voice piqued my interest and appetite for a challenge as well as the promise of new experiences.

I believe the Caribbean has been playing it a bit too safe as far as our approach in trying things, innovating, and even redefining our digital landscapes. At the very least, I’m hoping my mission will inspire others to be a bit more bold and a lot more crazy :).

So I’ve been working a few hrs a week since the start of this year on creating several projects – really a bunch of ideas that have been haunting me for a while. Through the evolution process of ideation/research/building and utilizing “best fit” ai tools I was able to rapidly advance the core projects of the Innovation Factory.

I’d decided on the Innovation Factory(IF) as an umbrella entity to facilitate the “shaping of these ideas” as well as their eventual incubation. Little did I realise that I was inn-fact creating a Venture Studio. What I was doing just seemed like the most pragmatic approach based on the resources/skillsets and experience I had at hand. Guess there really is a reference/term/label for anything.

I’ll be posting more about the journey(whether stumbling/stepping/shooting over milestones) on my social media channels as well as, of course, on the Innovation Factory’s website.
